The Carello Pizza oven trailer is designed and developed for the mobile caterer on the go. Although a mobile pizza oven, it still offers the high-quality of traditional Californo brick pizza ovens. This portable pizza oven is available in 3 models:

• Carrello 280 with 28” cooking surface
• Carrello 350 with 35" cooking surface
• Carrello 420 with 42" cooking surface.
