The Carello Wave Pizza oven trailer is designed and developed for the mobile caterer on the go. Although a mobile pizza oven, it still offers the high-quality of traditional Californo brick pizza ovens. This portable pizza oven is available in 2 models:

• Carrello Wave 350 with 35" cooking surface
• Carrello Wave 420 with 42" cooking surface.
  

   

The Carello Pizza Oven trailer also has two fuel options available; wood or propane.
